Login to Your WordPress Admin Dashboard
Open your web browser and go to your WordPress login page (usually
yourdomain.com/wp-admin
). Enter your username and password to log in. -
Create and Publish Your Homepage
If you haven't already created the page you want to use as your homepage, you'll need to do that first.

- Enter a title for your new page (e.g., "Home").
- Add the content you want to display on your homepage.
- Click the Publish button to make your new page live.

You'll also need to create a separate page to serve as your blog if you haven't done so already.
- Navigate to Pages > Add New.
- Enter a title for your new blog page (e.g., "Blog").
- You don’t need to add any content to this page.
- Click the Publish button.
-
Set the Static Homepage
Now that your homepage and blog pages are created and published, you can set the static homepage.
- Navigate to Settings > Reading in the WordPress dashboard.
- Under Your homepage displays, select the A static page option.
- In the Homepage dropdown menu, select the page you created to be your homepage.
- In the Posts page dropdown menu, select the page you created to be your blog page.
